Linksinbio ("we", "us") publishes the city guides at linksinbio.click and runs the free Travellers' Club. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
- Club account info you give us — name, email and your traveller handle.
- The cities you save and any tips or corrections you send us.
- Basic visit data — pages viewed, approximate country and the site that sent you — so we know which guides are useful.
- Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) used for security, spam prevention and troubleshooting.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't accept payment to feature places in our guides.
How we use it
Your account data runs your login and your saved cities. If you join the club, we send one short email a month, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Visit data helps us decide which guides to update next. Technical logs keep the site reliable and secure.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that help us run Linksinbio (hosting and email delivery), and only as much as they need to do that. We don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing us. Once deleted, your account and saved cities are permanently removed.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in and to understand which pages are visited. You can block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may work less well without them.
